Standard Driver
Straight from the catalog
If a model already fits, use it. Full specifications, samples on request, and the shortest path to production.
Tell us what the product is, where the sound has to go and what it has to fit inside. Our engineers work back from that: driver, enclosure and acoustic tuning matched as one set, verified by measurement, and handed over ready to connect to your board.
We stay with the application, not just the component — from driver selection and acoustic targets through mechanical integration to production. Where a use case allows more than one approach, we build the alternatives so the choice is made by listening.
Every project starts the same way, with your product and its constraints. How far we take it is up to you.

A proven platform, adapted
A different impedance, cone, surround or frame on an existing motor. Faster, cheaper and lower risk than starting from nothing.
The driver and the parts around it
Driver, enclosure, wiring and mounting selected and matched together, so the parts work with each other rather than against.
Assembled and tuned, ready to connect
The complete audio assembly, measured and tuned, delivered ready to connect to your board. You keep the electronics and the software; we make sure what comes out of them sounds right.
Humid, dusty, tight on space or high SPL: every environment has a different answer.
Loudness, at a given distance.
Safe power for continuous use.
What it takes briefly without damage.
Matched to your amplifier.
Where the driver works most efficiently.
Small favours highs, large favours lows.
For humid, dusty or outdoor use.
Through-hole, wire leads, spring terminals.
Data is useful, but listening and testing are what count. We advise based on humidity, environment and application.
Eight key measurements in our own acoustic laboratory, so the driver performs as intended once it is inside your product. Samples are measured against the agreed specification, and every production unit is tested at end of line.
Every stage has defined deliverables, milestones and decision points. You receive measurement data and samples at each gate, and you have direct access to the project schedule throughout.
Successive samples that close in on the target.
Proves the engineering approach.
Proves the design meets spec.
Proves the process is ready for volume.
Stable delivery.
Custom development carries an NRE charge (Non-Recurring Engineering: the one-off cost of tooling, fixtures and engineering time). Once you place a production order we credit it back, so a project that goes into production costs you nothing in development.
Tools, jigs and fixtures you have paid for belong to you and stay under your control, including if you ever move the product elsewhere.
A design you bring is your intellectual property. A design we develop on our own is ours. Anything developed jointly is agreed in writing before work starts, so nobody is surprised later.
We sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) on request, yours or ours. Where exclusivity is agreed, your design is not offered to anyone else. Most of our OEM partners prefer not to be named publicly, and we respect that.
There is no single number. It depends on whether it shares parts with an existing design, whether it needs special technology, and whether it is high-volume/low-cost or low-volume/high-performance. Tell us about the project and we will advise honestly.
Yes. Send the datasheet or measurement data and we will tell you what we have, or what a similar design would take. A 1:1 match of SPL and THD is difficult, but we will be upfront about how close we can get.
Many projects begin as an impedance variant, a different cone, or a new frame on an existing motor. Starting from a proven platform is faster, cheaper and lower risk than starting from nothing.
Target sound, enclosure constraints, drawings, a competitor sample, or just the idea. The more we know, the better the first proposal.
