Who we are

What we collect
We collect only what you send us. When you use the inquiry form, it opens your own email program with the details you typed, and you decide whether to send it. That normally includes your name, company, email address, country and the product information you provide. We receive it as an ordinary email.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this site.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one preference in your browser’s local storage: the language you chose, so the site opens in that language next time. Nothing is sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Images and documents are served from our storage provider (Tencent Cloud COS), which may record standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for delivery and security.
How we use your information
To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and carry out the business relationship that follows. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us fulfil an order, such as couriers, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Business correspondence and order records are kept while the relationship is active and afterwards for as long as commercial and tax rules require. You can ask us to delete inquiry correspondence that has not led to an order.
Your rights
Write to gm@xmsuny.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your national data protection authority.
Confidentiality of your project
Drawings, specifications and commercial terms you share with us are treated as confidential. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. See OEM / ODM for how we handle design ownership.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
